Beckett
An action-thriller
Introduction
I heard about the upcoming Netflix movie 'Beckett’ while out of town. Netflix created quite a media buzz online so naturally, my curiosity was piqued and I had high expectations. I decided it would be the first movie I watched when I got back.
I felt slightly disappointed as the movie did not actually meet the expectation and the hype. Don’t get me wrong. John David Washington and Alicia Vikander are both excellent actors. It’s just that I feel the hype created expectations the movie did not meet.
